Welcome to
French at Heart, a photography blog with few words, but many pictures of a country I love, France. All of the photographs were taken by my husband, Dean Polis, and myself, Dawne, and edited in Adobe Photoshop. If you like what you see, I would be honored if you'd leave a comment. And if you would like to learn our Digital Photography secrets, and make photographs like these yourself, [ oh, yes, you can do it!] we would be happy to lead you on an image making adventure to France with us. You may contact us here or at my email iluvfrance@wildblue.net
Le sigh~~encore :~) I want to walk right into my computer and through the front door of this adorable cottage!!!
ReplyDeleteBONSOIR MON AMIE!
ReplyDeleteI am a bit late here, but look at this sweet cottage! Only you. ONLY YOU can take something magical like a cottage in France and turn it into a fairy tale. SEE WHY I AM ATTRACTED TO YOUR WORK? You tell a story without words.
Ahhhhh.....
Hi Dawne,
ReplyDeleteWhat a charming and beautiful cottage.
Just had the feeling from so many I saw over there, that I could move in tomorrow and be very happy.
Best wishes for a wonderful 2012
Hugs
Carolyn
Dear Dawne, What a beautiful image! Love the birds sitting in a row on top of the roof.
ReplyDeleteWould love to see the unedited image, as well ...or would that give away too many secrets?
I would be the first person to sign up for a class should you decide to share your talent. Gina
Hello Dawne

Thanks for visiting Heavenly Minded & Earthly Good and your kind comment on my shape poem. Anita and I love your photography. The subjects are beautiful in themselves but you and your husband really know to bring out the magical. Love, love, love it. Anita tell you may be collaborating. I can't wait to see what comes of it.
ReplyDeleteAll the best.

Hi Dawne...I just came over from your other blog...I didn't know about this one! I would love to take a course with you but unfortunately I won't be able to go to France this year...as much as I would love to. I would however be absolutely THRILLED if you would consider doing an online photography/photoshop course. I would love to know how you created this magical image. You have a beautiful talent.
